The First Episode of Loki, starring Tom Hiddleston, premiered on Disney+ on Wednesday, and fans flocked to Twitter to express how moved they were by it.
On Wednesday, the first episode of Marvel‘s latest web series, Loki, was released, and fans are overjoyed. The episode, which starred Tom Hiddleston as the God of Mischief, was far less wicked and considerably more mushy than fans expected.
After being apprehended by the TVA during the New York attack, Loki is forced to witness a series of memories from his former life (future life for him). There are memories of him with his brother Thor, as well as the death of his mother. Loki, who is rarely trusted to exhibit his actual emotions, appeared to be getting sadder with each memory, making people feel sorry for him as well.
Fans took to Twitter to express their feelings.
One person stated, “It may sound dumb, but we got to see Loki go through what we all went through when Infinity War was released. The astonishment and rage, the anguish and terror, it was all fascinating to see Loki as a viewer of his existence, just like us.”
“Wanda saw her history, Loki saw his entire future, and Bucky is recuperating from the past and trying to reconstruct a future… O the Beauty of the MCU,” said another person.
